Course description:


This is the third and final course in the graduate microeconomics sequence.

The course is on information economics and mechanism design.
Topics covered include the representation of information, adverse selection (hidden type models), moral hazard (hidden action models), social choice, and mechanism design.

A more detailed list of topics and references will be provided at the beginning of the course.
