ODEC 9175 - Global Competition Enforcement

The course will explore the main trends and key challenges for competition authorities in global competition enforcement. It will cover issues related to global mergers and anti-competitive practices including in the digital economy. The workshop will be divided in 4 sessions of 2 hours each: a first session will be dedicated to present an overview of global competition enforcement and the other sessions will explore practical issues based on case studies.
