S7PR 2EN07 - Behavioural Leadership: when management meets neurosciences

Effective leadership now requires a sophisticated understanding of human behaviour. Behavioural economics, a field that intersects neurosciences, psychology and economics, brings relevant insights by exploring how our brain rules our decision-making processes. This course aims to leverage those insights to improve management decision-making. After participating in original business cases, participants will learn about the latest research in behavioural economics and neurosciences and how these findings can improve our understanding of team dynamics, motivation, communication, and other critical aspects of leadership. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with practical tools and strategies to make better management decisions that lead to positive organizational outcomes.
