Saying “no” is not an easy thing. Either we need to confront our opinion or we need to enter in negociation. So how to become a unstoppable negotiator ? In this training, you will learn the techniques explained by former agent FBI agent Chriss Voss to become the best negotiator!
Negotiating is the subtle art of saying “no”. As Chriss Voss says: “He who has learned to disagree without being disagreeable has discovered the most valuable secret of negotiation.”
The key is to develop the ability to actively listen while using your influence. To do this, you have to defend your point of view and avoid the trap of soft consensus. Because yes, there is some virtue in the conflict: To quote Chriss Voos, “Conflict brings out truth, creativity, and resolution.
