O7IM 2BA14 - Sustainability frameworks : tools and levers for a successfull CSR roadmap in the luxury industry
B Corp certification, ISO26000 standard, SBTN initiative, mission-driven company…are some tools helping companies to leverage their CSR strategies. In the context of a more stringent regulatory framework including CSRD, this course aims at exploring the competitive levers that will help luxury brands to successfully implement their sustainability roadmap. What best framework to select in line with a company's purpose, its business model and resources? Why joining forces by contributing to industry networks? How can these tools complete the mandatory reporting requirements to make a step forward to sustainable luxury? This course will lay out the theory and provide practical case studies to question the core aspects of each framework from governance with stakeholders to impact measurement.
