BMET 27A81 - Introduction to R

This course aims at giving you a global overview on how to use R and how it can address your data concerns. R is a globally used programming language initially built for statisticians, well appreciated among other things for its beautiful graphs. The course will show you how you can be autonomous and leverage open-source tools to answer to concrete data problems. Tailored for beginners without any prerequisite, it wants to be very practical and hands-on. At the end of this course you will be able to create an end-to-end analysis report based on external data with good programming practice and reproducibility. All of that with one software: R.
