At the heart of the ecosystem, perfumers are true magicians constantly seeking inspiration, new raw materials, molecules… to craft scents that transcend our senses and uplift us in our memories, dreams and future while leveraging innovations with deep respect and love for nature and communities. Perfume is a world of mystery striving for transparency.
The purpose of this course is to give students a glimpse of the world of perfumes, the ecosystem, players, challenges, and fundamentals of fragrance development… Courses will be illustrated by recent cases from the industry cases and participation of professionals (Marketing, Fragrance House, Communication…).
Sessions will cover: history of perfume, market overview, trends and challenges, key players and brand models, fragrance creation development from concept genesis to launch, fragrance-tech and CSR …
