By understanding the whole strategic picture and practicing Design Thinking, students will get strong innovation and creativity acumen. It will help them to work with start-ups or pure players, with their own radical innovation methods and disruption culture. Those who wish to work in more traditional companies will get a strong background to position themselves as an "actor of change" to execute their innovation or transformation strategy.
The course will start by debunking the myth of “creativity” and how it can be used in a professional environment to solve complex problems and create social and/or business value. This course will help students to get the methodology, tools and above all the mindset necessary to practice creativity and innovation. This is a project-based course where they will learn how to frame a problem, find relevant solutions and transform all this into a prototyped product. Students will also encompass how and when Generative AI tools can empower creativity and innovation. Last, they will learn how to sell “innovation” in front of a professional jury.
