KADS 2050 - Sport arbitration

The purpose of this 12-hour course is to provide an overview of the main issues around international sports arbitration. The course focuses on the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), which is often described as the sports “Supreme Court”. Issues specific to this kind of international arbitration will be highlighted through a both practical and theoretical approach.
