The course is designed to help students gain knowledge on key notions of Impact Investing as well as different asset classes in sustainable finance. This course offers foundations to understand : (1) Investment strategies for Responsible and Impact Investing deployed by asset managers; (2) Emerging business models used by impact entrepreneurs through various examples and review of case studies as well as preparation of a case study submitted by students and; (3) Notions of private equity and venture capital deal structuring so as to equip entrepreneurs with key notions and terms in dealing with impact investors.
