KCOE 4345 - Cognitive sciences and creativity management
Creativity can be defined as the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to generate new, original and useful products (or new ideas). This ability refers to the flexibility, originality and sensitivity to problems of individuals (being able to detect and analyze them). Creativity can be scientific, artistic or literary. Whatever the field, creative action is always conditioned by a direct objective.
In this course we will explore the cognitive processes involved in creativity. How to measure creative potential. How to stimulate it. And how best to manage it and teams of "creatives".
