“Introduction to Global Health” aims to present this essential and changing sector to students entering PSIA Masters courses. Indeed, with the Covid 19 pandemic, global health is more than ever a central issue in international affairs.
We will address the main concepts and actors of global health by mobilizing a multidisciplinary approach. History, Political science, Epidemiology, Anthropology… Sciences Po students are perfectly skilled to absorb multiple tools coming from several disciplines and use them in their professional career to be relevant leaders in the Global Health landscape.
This course also aims to allow students who have chosen the "Global Health" concentration within PSIA to be able to choose a pathway more oriented towards international health and development or a pathway oriented towards global health governance.
