OCER 5590 - Managing Complex Situations in a Professional Environment
The purpose of the course is to bring the participants with the keys to managing complex professional situations to make better decisions when under pressure: understanding the hidden pitfalls of a situation to choose the best way for action, developing their emotional intelligence, working their ability to manage stress and concentration, integrating the critical learnings of behavioral science to work around cognitive bias, improving their public speaking to make an impact when making a presentation.

The course will be "pass" or "fail". The validation of the course will be based on class participation, timely compliance with deadlines and the overall quality of the writing assignments.
Case studies derived from real professional situations will be at the core of the learning method.
