O7IM 2025A - Advanced International Project Financing
The course is based on International Project Financing cases, mainly the most complex cases at the time of the projects development, to cover all aspects of a transaction from risk analysis to commissioning. The students will be walked through each step with a particular focus on some technicality such as risk analysis, financial modeling and legal frame of project financing.
Student are involved in each case by playing one of the key role of the main stakeholders in project finance, such as sovereign, contractors, financial advisors, investors and lenders. The objective is to enable the students to contribute to project financing structuration once being graduated.
