KINT 7835 - Optimizing your Public Speaking and Influencing Skills

The purpose of this course is to offer participants a framework with which they can perfect their skills in Public Speaking, while developing their verbal charisma. Public Speaking is an art and like all arts, it has its techniques. Charisma is technical. Confidence can be built and develop. Work on the basis of Public Speaking (stress management, physical commitment, voice delivery and pitch, interaction with the audience,…) is based on specific practical exercises, case studies about negotiation and management, role-play and media training. Words, body language and vocal charisma also come into play in situations where we have to influence with impact in discussions, meetings and one-to-one: using different influencing styles and energies to alter decisions, change the course of reunions, and make things happen will therefore also be explored and developed on this course.
The course offers a mix of theoretical inputs and practical exercises in every session.
